So, the Father is in Heaven with the Son and Holy Spirit. They’re infinite everything. What could have motivated God to create you? What does He get out of it? Nothing! He’s already all in all. So Why?
He knows encountering the Beatific Vision will bless you with ultimate pleasure and joy. So, His infinite Love (Agápe) insists you be created. That’s the true nature of Love: enable life and growth; and grant the beloved top priority. That makes it very personal, doesn’t it? Management efforts are measured in part by the quality of life in our responsibilities, and its growth. Solomon was thrust into leadership of the Chosen People. Aware he was in over his head, he asked for wisdom instead of riches. (1Kg 3) This scripture emphasizes the priority God places on those under authority, and the necessity for those over them to seek wisdom, a gift of the Holy Spirit. You're offended. Forgiveness never means it wasn't real. Forgiveness is required by God for your benefit, not the other guy's. God is in the judging business; He takes care of justice. Forgiveness just means dump all the anger, rage and revenge so you can move on in peace. God will take care of the rest. We celebrate today an earth shattering event of incalculable power that forever altered the condition of mankind, across all time.
Join us, with those at the Tomb, and on the road to Emmaus, who are shouting out in joy: "He's alive, He's alive, He's alive".

With a new idea or objective, it's easy to start attacking it aggressively, six guns blazing. But, the primary value of a plan is: It demonstrates at least one way you can get from here to there.

You've heard it said: "Don't get ahead of God". Our emotions, appetites, and desires can easily get us in trouble.
One day long ago, I was running around a city block for exercise, asking God what he wanted me to do with my life. I would say, “How about this?", and He would say, “No”. I kept on asking until my run was finished. At the end, in frustration I said, “Well, what do you want me to do?” He answered, “Don’t just do something, stand there.” It was my first lesson in "waiting on the Lord”.

Many thanks to all of you "likes" for signing up to this business page. I started this page on Facebook hoping to increase exposure of The Sandbox at our website (cramer-institute.com). There are more than 50 articles there about spiritual life and management; some very long and some shorter.
